Then visit to Harsidhhi temple.It is a Shaktipeeth of goddes Sati among 52 peeth of India.It is in walking distance. Just near by you can visit to Kshipra river and fame Ramghat(The bank of Kshipra river). Then visit to Kailbhairav Mandir. It is about 5 km away from mahakaleshwar. It is famous for intake wine. just about 1/2 km away go for the darshan of Siddhwat. It is fame tree for its unique benefits. Then go to Mangalnath temple about one KM away from Siddhawat. It is famous for Mangal Puja and Dosh.Then visit to Sandipani Ashram just one km away from mangalnath. it is education center of Lord Krishna. If you have some time you can visit to Iscon temple and Gopal Mandir market. For memorable purchasing like Mehndi,Kumkum,Religious Books,Bafna Namkeen you can go to Gopal Mandir Market and its area.
