Online Event?

Are there any special online events happening on January 15th? --84.29.2.153 17:39, 6 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Actually, that's a really good idea -- could we get live feeds or videochat or something up? Mono 03:09, 12 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]
It would be good for people who can't attend events, either because they can't get to them or because they're too far away. Regards, Rock drum (talkcontribs)

If we want to get something done, we will have to organize, when people are online, in what time-frame they are able to communicate and by what means. So here is a little sortable table to get organized. --Wuselig 15:20, 12 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Of course we can also move this to the Ideas page and discuss about until January 14, but if we want to get organized, we have to start a bit earlier. It has been discussed there but nobody was willing to do the coordination. It will be impossible to get all events online simultaniously, but if we have an overview which events will take place within the same timeframe, we can at least have one on one or mini conference calls with those. And this we have to organize here, were the coordinators for different national events are looking. --Wuselig 01:39, 13 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Times

(moved from main page) when will be the online event?
The time will have to be arranged by the venues individually. Since this is happening around the globe, some participants in the East will be in bed already when other Events in the West just start. This is why it is so important to enter your start and finish times in UTC-time into the sortable table above. This way the Events that are simultaneous can get in touch with each other on their own accord. An entry like "all day" or in local time instead of UTC is not very helpfull.--Wuselig 09:25, 12 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]
